We originally found Shine-Brite when my husband spotted the spotless Shine-Brite truck and we decided to try them. There immaculate truck as well as there service didn't fail to disappoint us. They are polite, efficient, CLEAN - our windows were spotless (they also take there shoes off, which I really appreciate), they are honest and hardworking. They are there to make you happy and truly believe in customer service. I will never consider using anyone else. Before we found Shine-Brite, we tried another company. They left the house a mess, the windows were all smeared and they acted like they were rushed, it was more about how many houses they can get done in a day then doing the best job they can. They were less expensive, but as I've learned, you get what you pay for. Terry and his crews are the best!! Don't even consider using anyone else.

In place of the survey on your website, I am writing on behalf of my husband and myself to let you know about our recent window cleaning at our home.
The first thing that impressed me was the professional and friendly manner in which my call was handled when I requested an estimate. I was quickly scheduled and told a crew of 4 men would arrive to complete the work in about an hour! I was pretty skeptical because in all the years of having our windows done, only one or two men would arrive, and the time to complete the job was 2-3 hours.
The technicians and foreman, Dan, were efficient, courteous, hard working, and careful. When they arrived they IMMEDIATELY began working. Shoes for indoor workers were removed without my asking... a big plus! Everything was put back in its place. The real test would be when my husband saw them as he has very high expectations. He said they did a terrific job! I agree. I was also pleased with the coupon acquired from your website to lower my cost, and appreciate the can of window cleaner Dan left at the end of the hour.
Thank you for such dependable service and qualified workers. We are passing along your business cards to my sister and a few neighbors. Our plan is to schedule our windows for early summer, maybe June of next year. We are definitely pleased to be seeing things from a "Shine Brite" point of view.
